Quartz stair block has incorrect title

What I thought would happen was
The quartz staircase block to be named "quartz staircase"
What actually happened was...:
The inventory name for this block is now tile.stairsQuartz.name<

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter creative mode
2. Select the quartz stair block
3. Tap block on the hot bar to show the blocks name
