Mobs, projectiles, items, pointed dripstone and falling blocks cannot activate sculk shrieker

the Sculk Shrieker isn't activated when a mob steps on it or triggers a nearby Sculk Sensor but is activated when the player does

Steps to reproduce

1. Place a Sculk Shrieker and a Sculk Sensor nearby
2. Let a mob activate the Sculk Sensor/step on the Sculk Shrieker

*The Sculk Shrieker and the Sculk Sensor activated

*The Sculk Shrieker didn't activated and Only the Sculk Sensor did activated
