Sounds changed into chain noises???

Every sound has been replaced by chain sound, even the music notes? Hurts my ears. Attachment seems to not record exactly what I hear, but that is what a cat now sounds like, and it seems to affect every sound, even music. Sorry for repeating just wanting to clarify, it doesn't seem anyone else has this issue?
