Top and side textures of glass panes in the inventory are invisible in the Star Wars and Steven Universe resource packs

The top and side textures of glass panes in the inventory are not visible in the Star Wars and Steven Universe resource packs.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a world with the Star Wars or Steven Universe resource pack enabled
2. Search for glass panes in the Creative inventory
3. Look at the glass panes

Observed Results:
The top and side textures of the glass panes are not visible, causing the glass panes to appear two-dimensional.

Expected Results:
The glass panes should have visible top and side textures.
