Scroll bar in some block GUIs is not retextured in the Star Wars and Steven Universe resource pack when using Pocket UI

Summary:
The scroll bar in the anvil, beacon, enchantment table, large chest, and smithing table GUIs is not retextured in the Star Wars and Steven Universe resource packs when using Pocket UI. This issue does not affect Android.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a world on Windows with the Star Wars or Steven Universe resource pack enabled
2. Set the UI Profile to Pocket in Settings > Video
3. Place and open the blocks listed above
4. Look at the scroll bar

Observed Results:
The scroll bar uses the default texture.

Expected Results:
The scroll bar should be retextured, similarly to the scroll bar in the Creative inventory, Settings menu, etc.
