There is one block that is incorrectly rotated in snowy_small_house_3.

How to Reproduce
1. Create a new world with seed 22769.
2. Go to coords -410 72 -8.

Observed Result
There is one block that is incorrectly rotated.

Expected Result
The block should be correctly rotated with the rest of the wall.
