Walls in snowy_cartographer_house_1 are asymmetric

Related to MC-169533 (parity issue)

If you look at the left side of the wall in the snowy cartographer house, you notice that it is asymmetric.

How to Reproduce
1. Create a new world with seed 989940.
2. Go to the coords in the screenshots (750 64 23).

Observed Result
The walls are asymmetric.

Expected Result
The walls should be the same as in Java Edition / symmetric.
