Feet of tall skins from Steven Universe skin pack clip through bottom of netherite boots

Summary:
The tall skins from the Steven Universe skin pack have their feet clipping through the bottom of netherite boots. For some skins, this causes z-fighting. This does not affect other boots and tall skins created in the Character Creator.

Note that this only occurs if the player does not equip any other boots. If the player does equip other boots, their feet will not clip through netherite boots until the world is reloaded.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Equip one of the skins from the list above
2. Equip netherite boots
3. Start flying
4. Switch to third-person back view
5. Look up

Observed Results:
The player's feet clip through the boots, which causes z-fighting for some skins.

Expected Results:
The player's feet should not clip through the boots.
