Items bug away after Player dies

Recently got killed by a horde of Zombies and after returning to the place where i have died (Took about 90seconds) All of the stuff was gone (armor maybe because of the Zombies that equiped it but food items, pickaxe and ores were also gone). Sadly i got no photo or Video. I forgot to save it.
