Behavior Packs not appearing

I finally found out how to download behavior packs and successfully got a vampire one that worked, but every single other pack appeared in the files of the game, but not in the behavior packs tab. I don’t know why? Please help, I’ve bean waiting since 1.16 to download a mod, and I finally learned how.
