Food items cannot be continuously composted in a composter if the player is able to eat the food

Summary:
If the player is able to eat a compostable food item, they are unable to continuously compost the item in a composter by holding down right-click.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a composter
2. Obtain a stack of compostable food (bread, cookies, pumpkin pie, etc.)
3. Hold down right-click on the composter while in Creative mode or Survival mode with the difficulty set to Peaceful

Observed Results:
The food is composted once and then the player starts eating it.

Expected Results:
The food should be continuously composted.
