Holding down right-click on a composter with a compostable block while moving places the block

Summary:
When holding down right-click on a composter with a compostable block while moving, the block is placed next to the composter.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a composter
2. Obtain a stack of compostable blocks (grass blocks, wart blocks, mushroom blocks, etc.)
3. Hold down right-click on the composter
4. Start moving

Observed Results:
When the player starts moving, the block stops being composted and starts being placed next to the composter.

Expected Results:
The block should continue being composted.
