Item not downloading from the Marketplace, does not stop downloading after restart

This item got an update. It tried to download automatically but the bar wasn't moving. I uninstalled the pack and restarted both Minecraft and the console, but to no avail. I can't provide a screenshot as I am creating this report on Xbox.
