Text in some places is very difficult to read in the Steven Universe resource pack

Summary:
In the Steven Universe resource pack, the text in some places is very difficult to read due to it using a dark gray color against a black transparent background. If I move slightly further away from my screen, the text is impossible to read.

Affected places:

• Text in the command list
• Enchantment names in the actionbar
• Bed messages

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a world with the Steven Universe resource pack enabled
2. Type "/"
3. Observe the text in the command list
4. Place a bed during the day
5. Right-click the bed
6. Observe the text in the chat
7. Enchant a tool
8. Select the tool in the hotbar
9. Observe the text in the actionbar

Observed Results:
The text is very difficult or impossible to read.

Expected Results:
The text should use a lighter color so that it can be easily read.
