Villager trading UI struggles to show

When opening the villager UI, it struggles to show up (doesn't shwo smoothly such as when you open your inventory or a chest)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Try trading with a villager (on xbox one or a console)
2. You will notice the UI slowly shows up or struggles to show up
