The time required to break the obsidian is different from the JAVA version

In the Bedrock version, it takes 6.5 seconds to break Obsidian with an unenchanted diamond pickaxe, which is different from the destruction time of Obsidian in Java and Block of Netherite in the Bedrock version.

(I'm not sure if this is "Works As Intended" because I haven't found a report on it)
