Fishing bobber has no top texture in the Adventure Time resource pack

The fishing bobber does not have a top texture in the Adventure Time resource pack.

1. Open a world with the Adventure Time resource pack enabled
2. Cast a fishing rod
3. Look at the fishing bobber

Observed Results:
The fishing bobber does not have a top texture, causing the inside of the bobber to be visible.

Expected Results:
The fishing bobber should have a top texture, just as it does in the default resource pack.
