Everthing is free in minecraft marketplace

 

Hi players or staffs 
My friend has a issue with his marketplace
Everthing is free even maps, skins, ranks etc.
At 13 feb my friend was playing minecraft while he 
Got into marketplace it glitched and all maps and skins were sayed download
And a hive server costume were shown as owned but there were not really owned or payed
And even if we go on costume in hive it shows nothing while there was writed owned
And maps and skins were shown as download I don’t know if this is glitch or bug
And by the way this issue was already created but the owner has not written anything so 
If you guys can please fix this
