Can't name boat and minecart with /summon command.

As the title says,we cannot name boat and minecart with /summon command.
But using name tag,it is possible. So strangely!

Steps to Reproduce
・plaese execute this command: /summon minecart name (or /summon minecart name)

Observed Results
・summon not named minecart or boat

Expected Results:
・summon named minecart or boat
