Movement glitch on featured servers

When 1.18.10 came out on Tuesday, all the players on the hive server looked laggy. I went into 3rd person to see myself, and I looked like the players pre 1.18.10. there is also a delay when I hit a person and when they take knockback, Which affects the PvP Community a lot.
