Oddly laggy (players,hit)

Hello!

so today when i opened Minecraft and joined a server, the hive, my game is playing smoothly which is great!, but i noticed that the players on the way they walked or run is odd, it's almost like it's lagging and it's a bit harder to play/hit!, it's not affecting me since i could play smooth, but just the problem is when i hit or see other players walking or running oddly. I also tried in my world and asked my friend to join, and the way they move is a bit odd too so I guess it goes in general now.

I personally believe that it isn't my gaming laptop since it still has a lot of storage/memory, but  I'm not sure though since i keep playing Minecraft a lot recently, does that affect the gameplay? But it went on mostly the whole day.
