The Star Ratings does not correctly display on top of the screen on the Pack Details Screen

The Star Ratings does not correctly display on top of the screen on the Pack Details Screen.

How to reproduce:

1. Click on Any Pack on the Marketplace
2. Observe the Star Ratings saying "0.0 (0)" with 5 stars
3. Scroll down
4. Observe the Actual Rating of the Pack

Observed Results: The rating does not correctly display on top of the screen

Expected Results: The rating should correctly display on top of the screen
