• Go to any world
• Put on leather boots
• Get powdered snow
• Jump pile powdered snow till you notice you sinking down it on certain y-levels despite having leather boots; this process can be creative or survival but requires normal jumping to notice
• Affects powered snow blocks on y= 254-255
