torch is not rendering properly on my device

some devices with high specs have no effect. but not on my device which has an intermediate processor. I think it's a symptom of my device not being able to withstand the load on this game but it's wrong I've regularly cleared the cache and I only have two games.

hope it can be fixed on the blur style torch
