Renamed book loses name after being enchanted

Summary:
When a renamed book is enchanted, it loses its name.

This bug also existed in Java Edition and was fixed 20w07a: MC-155977.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Rename a book in an anvil
2. Enchant the book in an enchantment table
3. Observe the book's name

Observed Results:
The book loses its name.

Expected Results:
The book should retain its name.
