Character creator and Marketplace missing the navigation bar randomly.

The navigation bar added in an update last year to the marketplace and character creator from time to time doesn't appear on ios.
However when using certain resources packs the bars will appear even if the pack does not change the menus.

Steps to reproduce
1-Open minecraft in ios
2-open character creator or marketplace
3-if lucky the bar will not appear.
