Game crashes upon resuming from sleep mode with no internet connection while in character creator

Title is pretty self explanatory.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open character creator
2. Sleep the console
3. Disconnect from the internet (airplane mode does not seem to work)
4. Turn the console back on and resume the game
