Chat doesn't working after Click - Unicode looks ugly

This problem also available on Android, too (The Unicode problem, not Chat not working)

After joining the game, if i hit "T" and chat something, it'll be fine.
But if i click Left Mouse Button, and hit T, then i can't type anything.
And then i have to hit the Down Arrow Button right after the "Enter" icon at the right of the Type Box to switch into the keyboard mode, then i'll be able to type. And switch back to Touch mode and hit the Enter button to confirm the chat. (Enter doesn't work too)

And the unicode looks ugly. Look at the screenshot.
