In the new create world screen, when setting gamemode to creative, cheats aren't automatically enabled

In the new create world screen, when the gamemode is set to creative mode, there is no achievements disabled popup. Also there won't be cheats enabled in the cheats menu, but once you have loaded up the world, the cheats are enabled.
