New Create New World UI are not available when using Japanese language

The new Create New Screen UI is now available in the latest beta, however, if you use the Japanese language to access the new UI, there is no option to switch to the new UI. Even when you enable the new UI before switching to the Japanese language, the new UI won't show up and the old UI was used instead.
