My friend cannot join my world, and i cant join his world

My friend cannto join my world for a week, i noticed that tihs bug diseappear in a couple of days but this bug isnt rare. This bug is in the last version on PS4/PS5 and the last version of Pocket Edition and on Xbox One/Series X/S. I will wait but please make a fix as soon as possible.
