switch edition removed my ability to name anything

• I re-logged onto my world twice, so far the game kept on removing my villagers and dogs because I didn't name them, but now when I reloged the second time it removed my ability to name anything. name tags don't work and the name doesn't show up, entities will still be deleted even when I try to name them.
