Player's arm twitches when using a bow or spyglass in third-person view with the Star Wars resource pack enabled

Summary:
When the Star Wars resource pack is enabled, using a bow or spyglass in third-person view causes the player's arm to twitch repeatedly.

This issue was also present in the 1.18.10 betas, but I did not report it until now because I was waiting for MCPE-148486 to be fixed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Download the Star Wars Mash-up pack from the Marketplace
2. Enable the Star Wars resource pack in Settings > Global Resources
3. Create a new world
4. Obtain a bow and spyglass
5. Switch to third-person view
6. Use the bow and spyglass

Observed Results:
The player's arm twitches repeatedly.

Expected Results:
The player's arm should not twitch.
