No disabled achievement warning when activating cheats, enable flat worlds and switching permission to operator in the new UI

When enabling the cheats in the new Create New Screen UI, enabling flat worlds, and switching your player permission to operator, there is no warning when the achievement is disabled or not. This isn't consistent with the previous current UI.
