Invisible "block" created at X=0 Y=0 Z=0 when a button is placed nearby

I was creating a bubble column at the X and Z coordinate 0 on both axis and was creating a elevator entrance by placing down buttons to stop the water flow. After I made it, I created some sort of inerasable invisible block. I did some tests on it and it actually occurs when you place buttons in a 2x2x2 range area, which creates various results depending on where the button is placed. Removing the buttons makes the barrier disappear.
