Steps to reproduce:

1. Give yourself light block: /give @s light_block 1 15
2. Placing light block
3. Placing armor stand in it.

Observed results:

Armor stand removes light block

Expected results:

Armor stand not removes light block like when using spawn egg to spawn mob in light block
