The Color Outline on the Bottom Box Renders Incorrectly when Highlighting certain buttons on the Colors Screen in the Character Creator.

How to reproduce: 

1. Go to the Colors Screen while editing a character
2. Highlight the Color Buttons on the Colors Screen
3. Observe the Color Outline on the Bottom Box flickering

Observed Results: The Color Outline on the Bottom Box disappears when certain buttons are highlighted

Expected Results: The Color Outline should remain on screen at all times
