Map Room Achievement will not unlock

Seed: World Seed (-197586509 (Experimental ON)); Survival Mode; Normal Difficulty; Infinite Size; world created in Beta v1.17.30.24

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Explore a large area in Minecraft with the help of 9 maps. 
2. Then place them all in item frames in a 3x3 configuration so that they are adjacent to each other. Hence, making a larger map from all the smaller ones.

Observed Results: Map Room Achievement is not unlocked.
