Players in adventure mode can add books to lecterns

How to reproduce

1. Get a book and quill and a lectern
2. /gamemode adventure
3. Look at the lectern and use the book and quill

Expected result

You open the book and quill for writing.

Actual result

You place the book and quill on the lectern. It's now impossible to get out.

Notes

If the book has the can_place_on component with lecterns included, it should be able to be placed.
