Randomly freezes, goes to red mojang screen, says loading, then returns to game.

ok so... while im playing midgame it randomly freezes and goes to the red mojang screen then it starts loading. its not lag bc i get good fps. it keeps doing it a lot and its getting really annoying. heres the link, it said my file was to big to upload so i uploaded it to streamable. https://streamable.com/6fj7ca
