Capes do not appear on the Character when Selected

The Capes does not appear on the Character when Selected, but then appears whenever the Equip Button is pressed.

How to reproduce:

1. Click on the Edit Character Button
2. Go to the Capes tab
3. Select a Cape
4. Observe the Cape appearing on the Character
5. Go back to the Dressing Room Screen
6. Go to the Capes tab from the Sidebar without pressing the Edit Character Button
7. Go to the Classic Skins Tab
8. Go Back to the Capes Tab
9. Select a cape
10. Observe the Cape not appearing on the Character when selected

Observed Results: The Cape does not appear on the Character when Selected

Expected Results: The Cape should appear on the Character when Selected

Note: Sometimes even when the Cape is Equipped, it does not appear on the Character
