Cannot login to xbox with a 8mbps connection.

Cannot login to Xbox on Windows with a low-speed connection.
It just gives you random errors, and after about 10 minutes, Xbox says 'please check your internet connection.' even though the internet is fully working. After a few tries, your skin doesn't fully load nor the Xbox account.
