Podzol reverts to regular dirt after a tree is grown on it

Summary:
Podzol turns into dirt when a tree grows on it. This bug also existed in the Java Edition previously and was fixed. See MC-57884

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place podzol
2. Place a sapling on it
3. Bone meal the sapling
4. Break the tree logs

Observed Results:
The podzol turns into dirt.

Expected Results:
The podzol should not turn into dirt.
