Z-fighting when bamboo is underneath leaves

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place bamboo
2. Place another bamboo on top
3. Place a leaf block on top of the bamboo
4. Move the camera slightly

Observed Results:
The bamboo z-fights with the leaf block.

Expected Results:
No z-fighting.

I built a building near a big jungle tree in the bamboo wood. But I found that the bamboo's top reached the jungle leaves. It was shaking.
