Failed to load character (character customization)

When on main menu the game fails to load the profile's character skins. Also skins can't be reloaded from dressing room. I have tried just restarting a couple times but to no prevail. This glitch has been in the game for a while; in fact, I remember getting this glitch around two years ago on xbox one. I believe this glitch should be a TOP priority as this makes customizing a character with cosmetics bought from YOUR store impossible for a paying customer that can't find a way around this glitch.
