Map Room and Iron Belly Achievements not working

Iron Belly not being completed despite stopping starvation with rotten flesh several times.

Map Room not being completed despite displaying 9 full maps in a 3 x 3 grid, 2 seperate 3 x 3 areas mapped to make sure
