XP Glitches

On my realm, I have a kelp farm setup, with a smoker, (note: farm is located in spawn chunks) and after a few months of smelting kelp, I noticed that taking a stack of kelp out of the smoker only gave the XP for one kelp. So I tried taking one kelp out at a time, and discovered that EVERY SINGLE KELP WOULD GIVE ABOUT 17-18 LEVELS. This only worked if you were to open the smoker GUI, take one kelp out, close the GUI, and repeat. I know this is a bug, as if I would take one kelp leave the GUI open, and take another kelp, the second kelp wouldn't give any XP. This works on all versions, I believe, and most likely isn't just with smokers and kelp. Also, by breaking the smoker, a similar level of XP would be dropped. 

 

-Note: Due to the complexity of this bug, it may be better to leave it as is, especially considering the lack of sweeping edge in Bedrock Edition.
