The Beacon Buttons doesn't Highlight green when Hovered (Pocket UI)

The Beacon Buttons doesn't Highlight green when Hovered with a Mouse or a Controller in the Beacon Screen on the Pocket UI, and the Beacon Buttons show the Selected Hotbar texture when Hovered Over with a Controller.

How to reproduce:

1. Switch to the Pocket UI
2. Power the Beacon
3. Go to the Beacon Screen
4. Hover the Mouse Cursor over the Beacon Buttons
5. Observe the Buttons not Highlighting Green when Hovered Over

Observed Results: The Beacon Buttons doesn't Highlight Green when Hovered Over, and shows the Selected Hotbar Texture when Hovered Over with a Controller
