You cannot see the Effect Name in the Beacon Screen when Highlighted (Pocket UI)

You cannot see the Effect Name in the Beacon Screen when Highlighted in the Pocket UI compared to the Classic UI.

How to reproduce:

1. Switch to the Pocket UI
2. Power the Beacon
3. Go to the Beacon Screen
4. Hover of the Effect Buttons
5. Observe the Name of the Effect not Appearing

Observed Results: The Effect Name does not appear next to the Mouse Cursor / Controller Cursor

Expected Results: The Effect Name should appear next to the Mouse Cursor / Controller Cursor, and when the Effect Buttons are pressed with Touch, should show the Effect Name Below the Black Box.
