The Cartography Table Screen shows the LB & LT Controller Hints, even though there's only one tab. It even scales the Cartography Table Screen for those Controller Hints.

How to reproduce: (a controller is required)

1. Switch to the Pocket UI
2. Turn On Controller Hints
3. Go to the Cartography Table Screen
4. Observe the Screen showing the LB and LT controller tips even though there's only one tab

Observed Results: It shows the LB and LT controller tips, even though there's only One Tab

Expected Results: It should not show the LB and LT controller tips, because there's only one tab
